Fingerprinting for Employment & Licensing

The Gray County Sheriff’s Office provides fingerprinting as a convenience for our citizens for the purpose of employment and licensing.  To use this service, please set up an appointment and bring the following items with you to the Gray County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Fingerprint card
  • Properly addressed envelope with required postage
  • All other completed paperwork
  • $20.00

Once fingerprints are completed, the fingerprint card cannot leave the sheriff’s office.  As such, the fingerprint card, along with all completed paperwork, will be sealed in the envelope provided and mailed directly from our office.

Please note that the Sheriff’s Office does not accept personal checks.
All payments must be made with certified funds, cash, debit or credit card.
